Day 5 - Feelin like Shit Monday

I woke up today with my entire body sore, a massive headache, sore throat, the whole shebang..  I was thoroughly pissed off because I had this awesome plan about getting up to run 30 minutes before going to work.  Needless to say, that didn't happen.  It seems like whenever I start working out with a new routine I end up sick so I turned to Dr. Google.

Well go frickin figure.  I guess I'll take this as a good sign and keep on plowing through.  This week will be especially tough as I am working extra hours to hopefully make up a day or two of missing next week to go on vacation and doing some web design for another company after work for some extra money (which will probably be spent on Grand Junction and China Buffet back  home but what can ya do!).  So wish me luck; if I have the energy (and I really hope I do!) I'm going to aim for a 3 mile walk after supper :)  Weigh in is coming up soon on Wednesday!
